Accounts Administration

Horsham £10 p/h Contract

Working with in the accounts payable team, you will be responsible for managing the inbox consisting of Supplier invoices.

The Role:

  • Inputting supplier’s details to Sage and requests
  • Rectifying discrepancies
  • Making contact with suppliers by phone and email when required
  • General administration requirements

We are seeking 2 people for this position and with a required start date of 9th November.

You will be working from home and provided with IT equipment for this role.

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm.

You’re Experience:

  • Experience of working in a Sage administration function
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Sage
  • Experience of customer service
  • Must be focused due to nature of work i.e. cash handling and working with sensitive data
  • Computer literate and good numerical skills
  • Strong communication skills, with a strong customer service ethic
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to record keeping and reporting
  • Organised and good at solving problems
  • Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
