Customer Service Coordinator

Key responsibilities & tasks:

The primary responsibilities of the Service Support Coordinator are to manage all service related communication with customers.


  • To log customer calls, create tasks and check contract status.
  • To manage all open service requests and tasks in ensuring all tasks have a valid email address.
  • To carry out daily dashboard checks.
  • To manage and assign auto created PPM tasks, including assigning and scheduling engineer and communicating dates to customer.
  • To plan FMIs prior to deadlines.
  • To raise personal tasks, including holiday, sickness etc. for engineers.
  • To check activation and deactivation of engineers on a daily basis.
  • To raise quotations for chargeable parts.
  • To order parts for service requests/planned jobs.
