Data Transfer / Administrator

Horsham £9 p/h Contract

You will be responsible for the filing and organisation of invoicing, migrating the documents from outlook to Google Drive and identifying the corresponding information from Sage.

Experience with Google Drive suite is essential and basic experience with Sage would be desirable.  

We are seeking 2 people for this position and with a required start date of 9th November.

You will be provided with IT equipment for this role.

Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm.

You’re Experience:

  • Experience of working in administration or data transferring
  • Must be focused due to nature of work 
  • Computer literate and good numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to record keeping and reporting
  • Organised and good at solving problems
  • Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
