Sales Administrator

Are you a great all round Sales Processing and Sales Administration person who is passionate about great customer service and flourishes when it comes to interacting with clients? Tech-savvy and excellent at multitasking?

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Management of leads, price lists, quotes, booking orders, shipments and sales forecast.
• Sales & Purchase Order processing.
• Goods Shipments UK/EU Imports and Exports.
• Defining and implementing best practices for measurement, reporting, analysis and data input of key sales indicators using Sales force.
• Creating and managing order booking and revenue forecasts with conclusions and identification of gaps/opportunities in the company's business flows.
• Be forth coming with new ideas and continuous improvement.
• Map the customer’s journey and identify additional revenue opportunities.
• Qualifying leads.
• Work with all areas of the business to drive improvements for customers.
• The role will be your sole responsibility reporting directly to the Directors. It is essential that you have the ability to work independently and develop company systems as the business grows as well as implementing necessary controls and protocols.

Personal Profile:

• High service skills as a Sales Administrator.
• Experience of working in Import/Export fields.
• Confident and friendly telephone manner.
• A proactive individual who is a real go-getter!
• The ability to implement change.
• Tech-savvy - Microsoft Excel a must, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases.
• Logical thinker – loves problem solving.
• Embraces technology and isn’t frightened of it.
• Outstanding customer service skills; providing top notch support to customers on the phone and via emails.
• The ability to working under pressure and multi-task
